Course Description

  • Are you feeling anxious or uneasy and uncertain due to COVID-19?
  • Have your routine, study and future plans been interrupted, leaving you in a state of limbo?
  • Are you feeling frustrated, disconnected,  missing your social contacts and activities?

COVID-19 has affected many people in many different ways and is asking all of us to dig deep and find resilience to get through these difficult and unprecedented times.

At 10 Minute CBT, we have developed some FREE resources for young people and families that we hope will be of benefit to help with the emotional fall-out.

This brief course is aimed at young people aged between 12-19 however the content is equally beneficial to parents, families, teachers and supporters of young people.

It covers common emotional reactions and explains this using a 10 Minute CBT framework.

We then provide some tools and resources to overcome unhelpful reactions and encourage adjustment and resilience using the acronym FACE COVID.

We hope it will help and look forward to your feedback.
