cbt healthy lifestyle course

good over view and mix of video and tasks

Practical applications of theory

by Debbie Brewin
The Healthy Lifestyle module provided good background theory and practical ways of applying psychology to encourage change in my patients. I particularly liked the video examples and the Re-Fresher communication skills parts. Although I thought I was an expert in helping patients set goals, the importance of discussing values and also taking small actions was really helpful and will enhance my work.
